The Salzburgerland

is more popular than ever as a vacation destination. Almost 30 million overnight stays are already recorded in the entire tourist season. The share in the winter season is just over 50%.

The Tauern Autobahn A10

is an important north-south axis in Austria. The Outlet Center Eben is located directly at a highway exit and is easily accessible from the north and south.

Together with the Inntal Autobahn - Brenner Autobahn (A12/A13) and Pyhrn Autobahn (A9), the Tauern Autobahn forms one of the three most important north-south axes and Alpine transit routes in Austria.

European route 55 (Denmark - Greece) runs along the entire stretch of the A10. Today, the Tauern Autobahn is one of the most important north-south connections across the Alps, which regularly leads to traffic jams on busy travel weekends in summer.

In the Eben area on the A10, there are around 31,000 crossings a day, i.e. around 1 million potential customers a year can be expected at the two adjacent service areas (from the northern service area you can reach the outlet via the reversal lane).

The current Outlet Center Eben was opened by R&B Immobiliengesellschaft in May 2016. In cooperation with the operator FOC Retail Service GmbH, the further development of the center into a beacon for the region is being driven forward. The brand portfolio is characterized by nationally and internationally renowned sports, leisure and lifestyle brands.

Soon even more shopping on a total of 6,000 m²!

The already successful range of sports, outdoor and leisure brands will soon be expanded by 1,200 m2 with up to a further 6 stores in the Sport&Lifestyle category to a total rental area of around 6,000 m². In addition to the expansion of space, the focus will be on redesigning the center's image as a sports and leisure outlet center in the heart of the Alps.

In addition to the Eben Süd service station opposite, a new area with a high quality of stay will be created.

Architecturally, the functional and plain architecture is being polished up and enriched with a new advertising façade, as well as being made more inviting with greenery.
